Concept

The objective of this study was to understand the challenges that the customers of mass public transport are facing and to identify opportunities for improving the first and last mile connectivity issues faced by the consumers of Delhi Metro. One on one surveys were conducted for e-rickshaw operators, commuters and other Intermediate Public Transport (IPT) operators

Understanding multiple perspectives helped us suggest the ideal solution that takes into account the interests of all the concerned parties. We also estimated the feasibility of operating a professionally managed e-rickshaw service and the benefits and challenges associated with the same.
